How made-to-order works here
Every product carries the steps it actually needs. A sticker needs your artwork and nothing else. An embroidered hoodie needs artwork, a mockup you sign off, and — if you want one — a physical sample before the run starts.
Nothing goes to production until the steps in front of it are clear. You can see exactly which step an order is waiting on, and so can we.
